GENERAL CONDITIONS

Our fees include the renting of a car with a driver in suit and tie from the beginning to the end of the service as established. Also included are petrol, motorway tolls, passenger insurance with an unlimited maximum sum insurable.

A 20% increase is to be calculated for night service from 21.00 hours to 7.00 hours.

Our fees do not include:

Lunch and overnight stops for the driver when necessary;

Payment of tunnel tolls, ferries and entrance to cities where required;

10% V.A.T.

CONFIRMATION OF SERVICE AND METHOD OF PAYEMENT

Your estimate requests will be answered within 24 hours.

The estimates are valid for 7 days, by the end of which confirmation has to be sent by fax or e-mail. In your confirmation should be included your credit card number guaranteed (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)or receipt of the forwarded bank transfer (except in the case of proof of  debit).

The service will be confirmed and carried out by us only once this data has been received  

CANCELLING THE SERVICE

For service cancelled within 48 hours no penalty will be applied.
